This product is very cool, and customer service is excellent answering my questions. :-)
Over all they are adorable, they eventually arrived. Due to weather we had to wait from Dec 17th until the 28th for them to ship but it arrived over night. We also received the incorrect sand but they are shipping a replacement. My messages did end up in their spam box and at first I didn't get a response but once that was noticed they were very prompt and respectful. I appreciate even with all the crazy they did everything they could to make the transaction a good one. I would definitely purchase more in the future. We already have 2 babies also.

My shrimp bubble arrived a little damaged but i simply reported this fact to the folks at shrimp bubble and the sent me another no questions asked
Giving this 4 out of 5 only because one of the two I just got the glass bubble itself is so warped you cannot see through it at all. 4 out of 5 as well because the customer service is awful at responding to questions. But the shrimp are so sweet I just love them and I am sure to always be doing right by them and give them what they need! I have three now and I just love looking at them and watching all their little habits!
